Refund and Returns Policy

All sales are final. If your purchase is damaged or lost in shipping, we will work with you to replace the damaged item or refund your money. You must provide images of the damaged product upon receipt of the package.

We also offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Soaking wood products or washing them in the dishwasher voids all warranties.
